During my Easter stay, I really enjoyed the breakfast offered at the hotel. They had a variety of options, including omelettes, pancakes, and scrambled eggs with vegetables. It was a great way to start my day. Additionally, the location of the hotel was perfect. It was conveniently situated near key attractions and amenities, making it easy to explore the surrounding area. Another advantage was the friendly and helpful staff. They were always willing to assist with any questions or concerns I had during my stay.

One aspect that I disliked was the temperature in the rooms. It was quite chilly, and even though they provided plenty of blankets, it was still a bit uncomfortable.

The breakfast was absolutely AMAZING, with a wide variety of delicious options that left me completely satisfied. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable, offering free fresh water and providing helpful assistance whenever needed. The beds were incredibly comfortable, with a selection of cozy blankets and sheets to choose from. The location was perfect, being just a short walk away from the city center and all the best restaurants. it was a fantastic experience and I would highly recommend it to anyone!

We absolutely loved the location of this hotel, situated right on the main walking street and close to everything. It made exploring the city so convenient and enjoyable. The room we stayed in was comfy with plenty of blankets and sheets to choose from. The staff was extremely helpful and the breakfast they served was delicious, especially the hotcakes and fresh fruit. We also appreciated the free fresh water available throughout our stay.

The wifi was a bit inconsistent and could be slow at times.

The room at Casa Monad was just perfect! It had a fully equipped kitchenette with a microwave, so I could easily whip up quick meals. Plus, the flat-screen TV was a nice touch for some relaxation after a long day of exploring. The private bathroom with free toiletries made me feel right at home.

Personally, I didn't enjoy the shared bathrooms very much. But hey, I understand that some people might not mind it at all!

We loved the friendly staff, always making us feel comfortable and welcome. The all-you-can-eat breakfast was amazing with delicious pancakes, eggs, coffee, and fresh fruit. The cleanliness of the place was exceptional, with frequent room cleaning and towel changes. The terrace where breakfast is served, with a view of the mountains, was a lovely spot to start the day. And to top it off, the shower had great water pressure and hot water, a rarity in Mexico!

Felt incredibly welcome, couldn't find anything to complain about.

For the price we paid, we got great value! The room was clean and comfortable and the location was convenient, just a few blocks away from the main center.

my recent stay in san cristobal de las casas was amazing. casa monad exceeded my expectations with their friendly staff, comfortable beds, and delicious breakfast. i didn't want to leave!
